I started with a fairly decent 1967 Fastback. Don't get me wrong, this car had problems, but most were mechanical.
Lets just say you would not want to drive it around the block twice.
Nov 1st, 2006
I have wired the car, installed the front & rear coilover suspension, some of the body panels, frame
rails to strengthen the car, etc etc. I have done as much as I can do without the engine. Now the car is sent off
to the body shop.

The engine is ready to be installed. The Keith Craft built Shelby Aluminum 427FE has been bored and stroked
to 482ci. With the Vortech T trim supercharger, it is putting out over 815 hp and 733 ft. lb. of torque. Coupled to the Tremec
TKO 600 5 speed transmission, Lakewood safety bellhousing, dual disc Ram clutch and an aluminum balanced driveshaft, this
car should not want for power.

Now named Medusa becasue of all the trouble she causes. Greek goddess whos head of snakes would turn anyone
in to stone if they looked at her. But she is done!

The
Mustang was completely disassembled down to the last bolt. Then it was mounted on a rotisserie. All the metal work was done.
Then
it was sent off to be completely media blasted to remove all paint, bondo, grease, etc. When I received the car back, it
was nothing but virgin metal! I then sprayed the car with an epoxy primer. That means no more rust.
April 25th, 2007
The car is delivered back from the body shop. The paint job is a "No Excuse" quality. The black is almost
a mirror finish. I must say the body shop did an excellent job!
June 2nd, 2007
After finishing the interior, installing the door panels, rear seat, headliner, overhead console, center
console, shifter, engine, transmission and drive shaft.
